What this notice covers
This notice covers only the agentkovac.sk website. How we protect data in the AI assistant itself is described on the Security page.
The website has no forms or user accounts. We do not store any data that you enter on the website.
Controller and contact
The controller of this website is the operator of the Agent Kováč service. TODO(owner-confirm): add the operator's business name, registered office and company ID (IČO).

Analytics: Google Analytics 4
We measure visits to the website with Google Analytics 4 only if you consent to it in the cookie banner. Without your consent, analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are stored. The legal basis is your consent.
The controller is the entity named above; Google Ireland Ltd. acts as processor. Data may be transferred to the USA; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address. We use the data only for aggregate visit statistics, for example which pages are read and where visitors come from.
Cookies and your choice
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_<id> cookies, which last for up to 2 years.
The website remembers your choice (consent or refusal) in your browser's storage (localStorage). This is not a cookie and is not sent to the server.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
Email communication
If you write to us, for example via the “Book a demo” button, we process the email as ordinary correspondence. We use the data in it only to reply and to arrange a demo. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep emails for the duration of the communication and any subsequent business relationship. TODO(owner-confirm): exact retention period for email correspondence.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Websupport s.r.o. in Slovakia, which acts as our processor. When you visit the website, technical data such as your IP address and the time of the request may be logged on the server. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). TODO(owner-confirm): log retention period.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing and to withdraw your consent. Just write to us at demo@agentkovac.sk.
If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
