AI assistant for schools

The smith who forges answers from your own materials

Agent Kováč answers students and staff from your school's website and documents. Slovak-first, with links to sources, and outside office hours too.

Example conversation with Agent Kováč

Where can I get a certificate of enrolment?

You can print a certificate of enrolment yourself in the student information system, under My Studies. If you need a stamped certificate, ask the study office during office hours.

  • Study regulations (PDF)
  • Student guides – school website

In use at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava

  • STU
  • STU FEI
  • STU FAD
  • STU SvF

Fewer repeat questions, more time for students

  • The study office answers the same questions again and again by email and phone, especially at the start of term.

The assistant handles recurring questions, outside office hours too. You see what students are asking.

  • Information is scattered across the website, PDF documents and internal guidelines.

The assistant draws on both the website and documents, including scanned ones, and cites the source in its answer.

  • It is unclear where an answer comes from and whether it applies to your school.

Answers are based on materials you have approved. Content managers can see conversations and answer ratings.

How it works

  1. Connect your sources

Choose the web pages the assistant should draw on, upload PDF and DOCX documents, including scanned ones, and prepare answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ).

  2. Agent Kováč builds a knowledge graph

It turns your materials into a connected map of knowledge. It revisits your website regularly, only on the domains you allow.

  3. Students and staff ask questions

In the web app or on Discord. Answers include links to sources, and internal information is visible only to signed-in staff.

What Agent Kováč can do

  • Answers with sources

The assistant answers from materials you have approved and shows where the information comes from, so anyone can check it.

  • Public and internal knowledge

Public information for students, internal information only for signed-in staff. Access is controlled by single sign-on (SSO) and roles.

  • Student agenda

A personal calendar alongside the official timetable with iCal export, a guide for new students and school news. Switch features on as you need them.

  • Action cards

The assistant proposes a change to the calendar or profile; the student reviews and confirms it. Nothing changes without confirmation.

  • Multilingual

Chat in Slovak, English and Ukrainian. The admin panel is in Slovak and English.

  • Admin and quality control

An overview of conversations with problematic answers flagged, user ratings, and reports on answer quality compared with verified answers.
